Freezer Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cup unsalted butter ((you will be melting this))

  • 2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 5 cup all-purpose flour (((not packed, just scooped and leveled with a knife)))

  • 4 cup chocolate chips or mix-ins

Directions

    Melt the butter in the microwave for 30-60 seconds until all is melted (no chunks left).

    Mix in light brown sugar and granulated sugar and use a spatula to stir until combined.

    Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.

    Mix in baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

    Add in all-purpose flour and mix until all the flour disappears into the dough.

    Mix in all chocolate chips or mix-ins.

    Spray a rimmed half-sheet pan with nonstick spray and line with with parchment paper. Press dough into an even layer in the pan.

    Cut into 60 squares, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze pan for 1 hour, or until dough is frozen.

    Remove from freezer, break into individual squares or slabs, and freeze in a freezer-safe bag or container.

    Bake from frozen at 350℉ for 11-13 minutes.
