Ingredients
2 tuna (solid packed, drained)
1 avocado (diced)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. fresh dill
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
salt and pepper (to taste)

Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
