
Ingredients
1 sweetened condensed milk
1 coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan and place in a water bath.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Garnish with shredded coconut and serve chilled.
